The "Grayling" Fisherman & Hunter's Boning
Knife is an easily-carried 10" knife with a 6" cutting edge. This knife
includes a serrated 1" point which enables fishermen and hunters to
easily cut through tough skin and sinew, and to separate muscle from
large bones. The edge is hollow-ground to produce an incredibly sharp
blade.
