Now these are unique knives! Our skinner/cleavers made their debut in the early 90's and have been turning heads ever since. We could see the efficiency of a curved edge the first time we used the traditional native eskimo knife called an ulu (OO-loo). We incorporated the curved edge on our cleavers, and now we offer our own ulus for you to appreciate.
